On Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at the Military Medical Simulation Center, Phramongkutklao College of Medicine, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. onwards, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rasmipoom Sumethiwit participated in the lecture for doctors, which was given in 2 sessions, in Thai, on the content of the analysis of overall facial problems and specific problems of the patient. This analysis will analyze the physiology and in depth anatomy of the patient’s problems, what is the cause and how to fix it.

Part 1
For today’s case patient, he is a 52-year-old male patient with the following problems:
1. The patient has a problem of sagging face and sagging face.
2. The patient has a problem of deep nasolabial folds.
3. The patient has a face that looks dull, gloomy and sad.
4. The patient has wrinkles on the face.
5. Patients have poor skin quality.

The solution for this patient is to use a combination injection technique of 2 products: the Gouri injection program and the filler injection program. The technique used is as follows:
1. Use the filler injection program to correct the structure by lifting and supporting the sagging and sagging structure, including correcting the deep grooves on the face of the sample case.
2. Use the GOURI injection program in conjunction to create better skin quality.
The results of the combined treatment of the two products, the Gouri injection program and the filler injection program, are that the dark spots on the face will fade, the overall skin looks better, the deep wrinkles on the face will be shallower, the freckles and melasma will fade, and the overall face will look younger.

In addition, he also shared his experience in using the GOURI injection program from the personal experience of Dr. Rasmipoom Sumethiwit in injecting the GOURI program that gave the best results in the M ZONE or Middle zone area, and also shared the areas where the GOURI injection program should not be done, along with sharing the techniques for injecting GOURI at the Advanced level.

The presentation was in English with the same details as the Thai presentation in Part 1. Before the end of the event, there was a Q&A session and knowledge sharing for the attending doctors who had questions and wanted to learn more.
